At Squash Design, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We understand that sometimes, what you ordered might not be exactly what you envisioned, especially with custom-made items. Here’s our policy, designed with your peace of mind in mind.

Standard Returns:

• Eligible Items: We welcome the return or exchange of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days, except perishable goods, intimate apparel, hazardous materials, gift cards, software, and certain health or personal care items.
• Initiating a Return: If you need to return an item, please reach out to us first. We’re here to guide you through the process. Ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase ready, and please remember that returns should not be sent directly to the manufacturer.
• Refunds and Exchanges:
  • Returns within 30 days: Expect a full refund, minus shipping and handling charges, for returns made within this timeframe.
  • Returns after 30 days: Items returned beyond 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Exchanges: For an exchange, please place a new order for the item you prefer and return the original in its pristine condition. Your refund will be processed once we receive the returned item.
• Processing Time: Refunds typically take up to one week to be processed and credited back to your account.

Custom Orders:

• Limited Returns: Given their personalized nature, custom orders can only be returned if there is a significant error on our part, such as incorrect product delivery, wrong logos, or substantial size discrepancies.
• Resolution Process: If your custom order doesn't meet your expectations due to our oversight, please contact us immediately for assistance and a possible resolution.

General Reminders:

• Secure Returns: For all returns, using a traceable shipping method is required. Please ensure you prepay and insure the return package for its total value.
